We’re so excited to care for your gown! Here’s everything you’ll need (and might want) to bring to your preservation consultation so we can make the most of your visit.
The Basics
Here are the basic items to bring along for your preservation consultation.
Your Wedding Dress!
Bring your gown in all her glory, party stains and all! No prep needed on your end.
Dress Accessories
Sleeves, overskirt, detachable train, extra straps. if it came with the dress, bring it along.
Wedding Veil
Whether it’s a cathedral veil or a delicate comb, we’ll help preserve it with the same care as your gown.
Optional Keepsakes to Preserve with Your Gown
Want to include the little things that made your day personal? We love that!
Garter
A sweet, traditional piece that fits beautifully in your preservation box.
Shoes
Heels, boots, or flats. If they’re special to you, we can clean and include them.
Jewelry or Hair Accessories
Hair pins, earrings, or a bracelet. All small items that carry big memories.
Getting Ready Outfit
Robe, pajama set, or button-up shirt to preserve the full story of your day.
Tie or Pocket Square
Add a touch of your partner’s style to the keepsake collection.
Invitation Suite or Program
Flat paper items fit well and help tell the story of your day.
Bouquet Wrap or Ribbon
Silk, lace, or sentimental fabric from your bouquet can be preserved flat.
Note or Handkerchief
A heartfelt message or family heirloom piece, carefully folded and protected.

Many brides choose their name or initials and wedding date, but we can embroider just about anything.
Want to make it extra meaningful? We can digitize elements from your save the dates, invitations, cocktail napkins, or even your handwritten vows—just remember to bring those along.
At your appointment, we’ll pick your font, thread color, and finalize exactly what you’d like to include.
