We believe in preserving your gown with the same care and intention that went into choosing it. That’s why every preservation includes hands-on inspection by bridal seamstresses, expert cleaning, repair of minor wedding-day damages*, and museum-quality materials — never cardboard, plastic viewing windows, or sealed boxes that trap in contaminants.
Whether your dress is freshly worn, has been sitting in a closet for a few years, or was already preserved once, it’s never too late to give it the care it truly deserves.

How Much Does Gown Preservation Cost?
Our expert gown preservation services start at $499, with final pricing based on the volume and condition of your gown, the accessories you choose to include, and personalized embroidery of your box.

Every preservation service includes:

A personal in-studio consultation

Repair of minor wedding-day damages*

Expert stain treatment and cleaning through our trusted dry cleaning partner

Preservation in a breathable, cardboard-free, archival-safe box

Acid-free tissue, muslin liner, exterior muslin wrap, cotton gloves, and long-term storage and care instructions
*Includes small repairs such as loose buttons, minor thread pulls, detached bra cups, or missing bustle hooks. Larger repairs or structural damage (like torn lace, broken zippers, or major fabric tears) will be discussed during your consultation and may incur an additional fee.
Optional Add-Ons
Cleaning and preservation of accessories or keepsakes are offered à la carte:

Wedding accessories: Veil, Shoes, Reception Dress, Scarf, Getting-Ready Robe, and more

Bridal keepsakes, such as your garter or bouquet wrap

Groom Keepsakes: Pocket square, tie, socks, or even his suit
Gown age, extensive staining, and custom requests may also affect your final price.
A detailed quote is provided during your in-studio consultation after we’ve inspected your gown and discussed your preferences.
Additional Personalization & Services
Looking for something extra special? We offer a range of customizations and convenience services to make the preservation process even more personal:
Custom embroidery for your preservation box lapel. Choose your names or initials, wedding date, a meaningful phrase, details from your invitation, or even your handwritten vows! The possibilities are endless and we can design them together.
Courier service for local gown pickup prior to preservation, or delivery of your completed preservation.
Out-of-state preservation. Brides can ship their gowns to us from anywhere in the U.S. for the same museum-quality care and hands-on attention our local clients receive. We will first try to match you with one of our preservation partners around the US, then provide shipping quotes if you choose to have us do your services.
