What to Expect: Preservation Pickup
Once your gown has been thoroughly cleaned and carefully preserved using our proprietary cardboard-free preservation method, you’ll receive an email with a booking link to schedule your preservation pickup. Here's what we will cover during this short 10-15 minute in-studio appointment.
Seeing Your Gown Again!
During your pickup appointment, we’ll open your preservation box together and give you a guided tour of your preservation.
We’ll show you:

how your gown and accessories are stored and protected

how to safely check on your dress over time

proper long-term storage recommendations

preservation do’s and don’ts

how to handle your gown safely using the included gloves
We’ll also answer any final questions, collect final payment, snap a quick photo with your preservation box, and send you on your way with confidence knowing exactly how to care for your gown for decades to come.
