Service Description
Meet with our Preservation Specialist for a detailed in-studio evaluation. During this initial appointment, you’ll bring in your gown, veil, and any accessories or keepsakes you'd like preserved. We'll walk you through each step of the cleaning and preservation process, answer your questions, and collect payment for your services. Appointments are typically 20-30 minutes in duration.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. If you're running late or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you. No-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
