We're excited to show you your beautiful gown, cleaned and preserved, ready for pickup!
Service Description
Join us in-studio to pick up your fully preserved gown. During this appointment, we’ll open the box together so you can see your beautifully restored dress, walk through your included keepsakes, and go over care and storage instructions to help keep everything protected for years to come. Pickup appointments typically last 15–20 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. If you're running late or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you. No-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
