If you’ve booked studio steaming, pre-pressing with venue delivery, or gown pickup services, this page will walk you through what to expect at your gown drop-off appointment.

Monday–Friday: 10am–6pm
Weekends: By appointment only

What to Bring:
-
your gown on a hanger
-
inside a garment bag if possible
-
any accessories needing steaming or prep, such as veils, detachable sleeves, overskirts, ties, or pocket squares
Don’t worry if you don’t have the right hanger or garment bag. We have alternatives available if needed.
Dress Evaluation:
At your scheduled drop-off time, our team will intake your gown and document everything brought in with your order.
Either during your appointment or shortly afterward, Hailey will personally review your gown’s condition and determine the best prep approach for your wedding day.
Pressing & Steaming
Your gown will move into our que for professional pressing, steaming, stain treatment if necessary, and preparation so she’s ready to look her absolute best on your special day.
Your gown will then be hung high with the train draped out of the bag to help prevent wrinkles until pickup or delivery to your venue.
